Along with the fast development of international society and economy, the contradiction between the growing sports demand and the insufficient sports service provided by the society has been more and more severer, for example, the physique quality drops, and sub-healthy problem, the unfair sports game participation chance for people of different nation and gender, the problem of sports adaptation, athletics sports dissimilation problem and so on. This international conference is taking the century anniversary of Tsinghua University as a good chance, inviting many world sports science experts to China to have a broad academic communication in the area of sports, health, and culture, they come from Japan Waseda University, Tsukuba University, South Korean Seoul University, American Florida University, Indiana University, University of Illinois, Wisconsin University, German Cologne Sports University, British Rough Fort University , which all have had cooperation with Tsinghua University sports discipline. Simultaneously Tsinghua will hold “The 22nd Pan-Asian Congress of Sports & Physical Education” participated by experts from outside Asian as well as Asia's 54 countries and area. ( South Korea, Japan, US, Britain, France, Poland, Russia, India, Iran, Malaysia, Thailand, Spain, Zimbabwe, Germany, Australia, Portugal, Tunisia, Vietnamese, Philippine, Singapore, Nigerian, South African, Danish, Belgian, Brazilian, Argentine, North Korean, Botswanan, Chinese Hong Kong, Chinese Taibei, Chinese Macao). That will provide the platform for international exchanges in sports science.
The sports discipline of Tsinghua has developed fast since the 1990s, now we have the National General Administration of Sports as the key research base in sports social science , and the Tsinghua University Sports and Health Scientific Research Center as the studies platform. We have the Master and Doctorate entitlement, the Post-doctoral Flow Station, ranked in the front row in the national discipline list, there are more than 30 graduate students, Doctors, as well as post-doctorate researchers in station so far.
The Tsinghua University Sports and Health Scientific Research Center , since was established, on the one hand has been providing the function examination evaluation service for our school high level sports team, on the other hand carrying on the health examination for my school teaching and administrative staff, students and the social populace, every year examines over ten thousand people.
The center and the base have undertaken more than 50 province departmental level research topics successively, the research contents not only pay attention to the Qinghua teachers' and students' health, but also pay attention to the Chinese society populace's healthy condition, This international conference's convention is helpful to the international sports and health academic exchanges, and is also helpful to serve the society well, will make the contribution to the development of our populace sports, the development of harmonious society construction, as well as the development of sports science.

The paper submission and appraisal
The appraisal of the submitted papers will be implemented strictly under the system of Three Examines, appraised and screened by the Congress Experts Board . the papers which all have passed the Three examines will be submitted to the EI ; Those papers which have passed the first two examines but failed in the third examines will only be submitted to the ISTP . The words number of the paper should not surpass 3000 words. And paper abstracts only are also accepted. English manuscript should be written strictly according to the congress website's paper form.

special awards for 3 candidates; First prize for 10 candidates; Second prize for 30 candidates; Honorable awards for 50 candidates

Each selected papers should be companied with at least 15 copies for a better communication, and a copy of 40cm*60cm printed or spurted poster should be provided as well, the content mainly focus on this paper topic, the author, the abstract, the paper main part then, the posters will be posted during the congress days.
